This room is welcoming and comfortable with two large sofas. Immediately as you arrive, your attention is drawn by the huge stone fireplace decorated with traditional Savoyard timber beams.

From the living area you can access the large south-facing terrace complete with garden furniture, making it the ideal place to enjoy the sunlight all day long. Further in the room, on the left, is the dining area. Nearby, behind an engraved wooden door, there is another room currently used as a private bar. At the end of the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen with a lot of storage. The kitchen has direct access to the east-facing balcony.

On the lower floor there is a recess with a safe. When going down the stairs, you will find in front of you a bathroom with a bath tub, a washbasin and a toilet. Down the corridor, the first door on the left leads to a garage with two parking spaces. There is also plenty of storage space.

It also leads to the basement, which is currently used as a workshop, storage room, ski locker and boiler room. This room is very large and extends under the entire chalet.

The second door on the right leads to the dressing room. At the end of the first part of the corridor is the first double bedroom, with a large wardrobe and a dresser. En-suite to the room, you will find a large bathroom with an Italian shower and an English bath tub. The bathroom is shared with another double bedroom.

At the end of the corridor on the right is the last double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms have access to the east-facing balcony and beautiful views over the mountains and the valley, therefore enjoying a lot of natural light.

Beside the final bedroom, you will find two more doors to the garage and a second “front” door.

This slice of paradise, in the heart of the largest ski resort in the world, is located on more than 1800m2 land that could perhaps allow construction of a second chalet.
